  • your booking confirmation number, your contact details and the email address you used when booking
  • a summary of the issue, including how you would like us to help you
  • any supporting documents (e.g. bank statement, pictures, receipts and etc.)

All inquiries and complaints are recorded, and the most urgent ones are treated as highest priority.
